The Road to Recovery Integrated Care Center provides individualized and integrated whole person care for recovery and wellness through the treatment of SUD, mental health, physical health, complex trauma and homelessness. We promote self-sufficiency and empowerment to reconnect individuals and families to their communities and a higher quality of life.

The Road to Recovery Integrated Care Center offers intensive outpatient treatment for those with substance use disorders and mental health issues. We provide Intensive outpatient treatments, Holistic Treatment planning and Medication Assisted Treatment. Primary services include:
